it really is next to impossible to write realistic sibling dialogue, I just passed my brother on the stairs and instead of greeting each other like human beings I said ‘born survivor’ and he said ‘youtube rewind. let’s set it to rewind.’ like you ain’t gonna find that shit in a novel
by far the funniest thing on this site is when people said “stupid is a slur, instead use [synonym for stupid]” and everyone thought it was super progressive
amazing how even from the start of trc adam cannot leave ronan alone ajsksjks. i think what’s remembered is ronan heading up this bickering, at-each-other dynamic, but adam is just as bad. ronan is just sitting there minding his own business and adam is like i cannot possibly sit down without being at him id better punch him in the arm just because. ronan is minding his own business trying to build a ramp to the moon and adam is like hmm surely id better tell him he’s doing it all wrong and it’ll be the end of his suspension actually, as though ronan can’t possibly know he’s not gonna make it to the moon. but it was probably worth it to have ronan call him science boy in a way that borders on flirtation!!
